AUGETY accepts size and product exchanges within 3 days after receiving your order.
If the exchange is due to a product defect, please provide a full, unedited video of the unboxing.
NOTE:
– Exchanges items are only allowed for the same or higher value.
– AUGETY covers 100% of the shipping fee if the issue is caused by a manufacturing defect or a mistake from our shop.
– We do not accept exchanges/returns without an unboxing video.
